Do I need a coach?

The role of a coach isn't just for checking on your power numbers! We are here to offer a support system adding confidence to your training.  We can give you that extra nudge and accountability to obtain your goals.

How do you track my training?

With our plans you will have access to training peaks software where you can upload your activity and we can look at the details.  With this and regular contact on the phone/online we will be with you every step of the way.

Do I need a power meter?

In short no, however training to power is probably the greatest way to reliably track your development.  With this data we can see progression but also for events such as Time Trials having live power data is a great way to manage your effort efficiently. 

Access to power metres now is easier than ever however there are other ways of prescribing sessions such as using Heart Rate zones and RPE scales.

I'm a triathlete can you help with my cycling?

Yes! Our main areas of expertise are Road, Time Trial, Cyclo-cross and Track.  We can work to develop any aspect of your cycling.  Also the overlooked part of training the skills aspect.

How much does it cost?

We have different plans to suit any rider.  We have a £50 setup fee plus a monthly fee.  We also have some free spaces for youth riders on an application basis.
